“Customer”: any person, natural or legal, under private or public law, registered on the Site.
“Site Content”: elements of any kind published on the Site, whether or not protected by intellectual property rights, such as texts, images, designs, presentations, videos , diagrams, structures, databases or software.
“The Editor”:EONI,SAStaken in its capacity as publisher of the Site.
“Internet user”: any person, natural or legal, under private or public law, connecting to the Site.
“Product”: good of any kind sold on the Site by the Publisher to Customers.
“Site”: website accessible at URLmy-kare.com, as well as related subsites, mirror sites, portals and URL variations.
The Site is freely accessible to all Internet users. Browsing the Site implies acceptance by any Internet user of this shipping policy. All orders received before 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day (business day only). Therefore, orders received after this time window will be shipped the next business day.
During the summer period or following the end-of-year holidays, the company may be forced to close its shipping service for a few days to two weeks. The Internet user is notified at the top of each page of the Site where the banner no longer bears the words "Shipping from France the day after the order*" but "Next shipment for all new orders* on" followed by the date on which all new order will be processed and shipped.
Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer before any payment and only concern deliveries made in mainland France, Corsica included, as well as the Euro zone countries listed in the table below.

For any other delivery location, it will be up to the Customer to contact customer service.
Delivery costs indicated on the Site are in euros, all taxes included.
Orders are delivered in France by two carriers:
For Belgium and Luxembourg, the estimated times provided by Mondial Relay are 3 to 4 days at home and 4 to 5 days at a relay point.
The times mentioned above are only estimates which correspond to the average delivery times. EONI cannot be held responsible for any delay on the part of transport providers.
In the event of delivery of a clearly and visibly damaged package, it is up to the Customer to refuse it in order to benefit from the guarantee offered by the carrier. The Customer must also inform the seller without delay, so that a new package can be prepared for him, then shipped upon receipt of the damaged package in return. In such a case, the delivery times indicated above in these general conditions will no longer apply.
Ownership of the Products delivered is reserved for the Publisher until delivery of the Products to the Customer, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, unless the parties have punctually and expressly agreed in writing to waive this clause.
The Customer bears the risks relating to the Products from the time of the order. Throughout the duration of the retention of title, the Customer must insure at his own expense the Products belonging to the Publisher against any damage that may occur and provide proof to the Publisher upon first request.
This shipping policy is subject to the application of French law.
This shipping policy may be modified at any time by the Publisher. The shipping policy applicable to the Customer is that in force on the day of his order or connection to this Site, any new connection to the personal space entailing acceptance, where applicable, of the new shipping policy.
Pursuant to Order No. 2015-1033 of August 20, 2015, all disputes with a Consumer Customer which may arise in the context of the execution of these general conditions and for which a solution cannot be found prior to the amicable agreement between the parties must be submitted to Medicys: www.medicys.fr .

The nullity of one of the clauses of this contract will not result in the nullity of the other clauses of the contract or of the contract as a whole, which will retain their full effect and scope. In such a case, the parties must, as far as possible, replace the canceled stipulation with a valid stipulation corresponding to the spirit and purpose hereof.
The absence of exercise by the Publisher of the rights granted to it hereby cannot under any circumstances be interpreted as a waiver of the right to assert said rights.
The Customer is informed that he has the possibility of registering on the list opposing telephone canvassing at the address http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/.
This shipping policy is offered in French.
The stipulations of this shipping policy apply subject to compliance with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code concerning unfair clauses in contracts concluded between a professional and a consumer.
